  • Play Call and Scrambling QB's

I don't know if it was a coaching or QB decision, but why would you throw the ball to the sideline when you have the lead and are trying to run out the clock? That makes absolutely no sense at all.

I believe Southern Dandy meant scrambling QB. When was the last time this type of QB won a championship.......Tommy Frazier with Nebraska? And please don't bring up Steve Young because he, unlike D. Mcnabb, could consistently throw the football if he had to!

Where do you want them to throw the ball? He had man on man coverage. It was a bad read and pass by McNabb.

If the pass is complete and the reciever goes out of bounds the clock doesn't stop. Except in the last 2 minutes of each half the only time the clock stops is an incomplete pass.

The Eagles need at least 2 first downs to burn the clock.

It was a bad read, but there was NO reason at all to throw the ball. There D was playing very well, you have to make dallas burn there timeouts. They were on about the 40 yard line so if they would have punted dallas would have had shitty field position. Bonehead call by Reid.
