ordinarily phonepole, I would say yes. But it seems as though this game, like many hawaii home games, the rules don't apply. Hawaii has been scoring in 5 plays or less, and they may not mind rubbing it in.

Hard to say, I would definitely lean to the under as opposed to the over, but am not playing anything more
