Any Idea From Experts?

any idea on how to make the most of bets starting with 800-1000 starting in an account.
I have no idea how much to bet per unit 20, 50, 75 or 100. Goal is to make about 18-25k in 15-24 months or whatever is realistic.
I seen lotta guys on this site have successfully beat vegas but you definately wager more then that per unit.
Also how much should someone increase there wager by in time ,
Wonder if you have any thoughts or advice on how to go about it.

I read 4-5% of your bankroll per bet. Your goals are not realistic making that much, but it would be sweet to turn 1k into 15k!! Maybe shoot to increase your bankroll by a certain % per month and as your bankroll increases, you can increase your bets. Good luck with your betting!

i would say with 800 - 1000, you should start off betting 50 - 100 a game. definately increase your bets as you build your bankroll. but it's hard to bet 200 a game with an 800 bankroll, you could be sunk in 1 or 2 days.

$100 is too much with a $1000 bank roll. I slow start will kill your bankroll. Bet 2%-5% or $20-50 per play.

I do not post much (if any at all), but I will say, follow EZ as well as Homer, RJ, and the NFL Bettorchat picks. There are also many others. Follow those and in the long run, you will make money. As always, do not chase the losers. Vegas LOVES they folks that bet the ESPN Sunday night game looking to get their money back.

I totally agree with a $1000 bankroll 20 - 50 per play. You can go under to fast any higher then that.

Depends on how many games you play in one day but i read an article once by a professional gambler and it said never bet more then 5% on one play and never bet more then 20% in one day

Also in agreement with no more than 1/20 of bankroll per play. Aim for percentage of correct hits as in a casino versus big plays that can rob you of your play money. Good Luck...

IMO, it's important for you to realize right out of the gate that your expected return is unrealistic. The more stubborn you are to realize that, then the more likely you are to chase and play with scared money. Slow and steady, don't lose your cool.
