Portland is very bad. Knicks are not a bad team. IMO they needed a road trip.

I agree the justification here isn't necessarily in the knicks, it's in how poor the blazers have been out of the gate.

The knicks have been on the verge of a first win, the players want it bad and obviously larry brown does too (he hasn't had a start like this in many years). This is a lot of motivation this early in the season.

I may eat my words to but I took Portland on the count that the Knicks are 3 and 0, and it is Larry Brown, and he can't have a start like this, and so on and so on. My first thought was to stay away from this game. After I ran the numbers I thought the Portland was going to be the favorite by 2, 2 1/2. Then when I saw it was NY who was favorite I changed my mind. I have NY scoring 93.75 and Portland scoring 96.25 = a Portland win I hope.

bover, the nba is a joke, dont bet this league every night, you'll be in a bad mood nightly, remember we are betting our money on a bunch of morons who dont come to play every night....i have a rule that i only bet 2 nba games a week, thats it and i dont watch the games i bet...i used to bet it every night and got killed and all mad, and realized that its really hard to win at this sport if you play it all the time...how can teams score 30 in one quarter and then 12 in the next???
