I also think that the line reflects that the West is still a superior conference, and that east conf. teams normally have trouble traveling out there and winning.
Detroit has a solid team this year, and whats more, they have depth at every position. Sacramento is coming off a nice win, but the Pistons defense doesn't allow for those up tempo games.
