Godammit....I'm going to vent!

I consider myself a smart and seasoned gambler. Over the years the favorites are the bet the first few weeks, and then the lines are adjusted and the Dogs come in with regularity, making tons of money for Vegas.

It's been long enough and the favorites are still kicking ass...My ass in particular. When will the worm turn and the dogs start biting? I'm sick of this bullshit...I know it will happen one of these weekends, just when?

As everyone stated, tonight the books and Vegas are going to get hammered due to the majority of the money on the favorite and the Colts covered. Something is F'n wrong. I know I have to stay focused and keep taking the dogs, but how long will I continue to get hammered?....Any thoughts???

Just like MLB this year I feel the good teams just keep covering and winning..It happens ever few year and this looks like one of them....Look at these good teams in college..Vegas will have to give over 40 every week.....
The cream rises to the top and for some reason this year it has happened alot early in MLB and Football...
I still say the best way to win is to take a 4 team 13 point teaser with the good teams and just sit back and collect...
It's making me $$$ this year and I don't see me changing...

It's only about the mid-point of the season, I think you are getting a little over-anxious. There is still plenty of time for the tide to turn and the unpredictable to happen.

That's what alot of people thought about MLB and it never happened..The top teams dominated all year...
The only way things change in NFL is if the pointspread really goes up or key players get hurt....That's the only way..

Last year Pgh went 15-1, and they kept covering until vegas jacked the line up high enough...Every week alot of cappers threw $$$ away going against Pgh and it on really caught up to them in the playoffs..

Chuck....I have learned that you will eventually lose if you bet favorites. Betting with the public only results in losses and the public bets favorites, plain and simple.

. I know you're a favorite guy and have done well picking your spots, but any good gambler will tell you that Dogs are the way to win money.....But it sure hasn't happened much this year....

Well I guess then what I am thinking is that there are different ways of looking at it. CHuck, I seem to remember a lot more dogs cashing at the 3/4 point in the season.

Let's put it this way, the lines become a lot sharper down the stretch, which leads to more even money.

Vegas doesn't build billion dollar casinos on a weekly basis because favorites cover all the time. It's just the opposite. But I know you've done very well at picking your spots Chuck....

Kaz and BTicket, your right in one sense, but I'm only saying you are better off picking the favorite spots and not hoping dogs can win....I hope you guys can win $$$ betting dogs, but I've been taking mostly favorites for over 30 years and I'm still here.....I haven't lost the house yet....
Good luck in what ever you guys enjoying doing..It's your $$$ and you have the right to spend it anyway you like...
