I disagree! Win or lose I don't think Philly would have brought back TO. If they won last night they would have proven to themselves they can win without TO. Especially a road win in a tough stadium.

why would you say the Eagles are packing it in?
they are 4-4 right now.. This team still has the talent to go 6-2 in the second half and be up for a playoff spot. This team has too many veterans that have been there before to know its a long season.

Another point. IF that was the case they would have never suspended him one day before the game. They would have weathered the storm and then possibly suspended him.

I agree with frank, the eagles are still in decent shape, everyone in the NFC east has proven to be vulnerable. it will be a battle, but they have 5 home games and road games against ari and stl with no defense so it can be done if the recievers step up like brown did last night.
and as far as dallas whipping them, well that was a nice win but let's not get ahead of ourselves, with their remaining schedule i don't think they have a shot of finishing better than 8-8.

Kapt, I agree that Owens is a cancer but I would take R. Moss and K. Johnson over him anytime. It just seems that they aren't dividing the team. Granted Owens is better but just not worth it. But we all know that there will be a team out there that will take a chance on him next year.
