Everyone here (hopefully) is an adult so they are old enough to make their own decisions. The plays are free, and the choice is there to follow or not. As soon as he starts to ask for $ (if), then he will get what he deserves. He's toned down the "hype" talk at the request of certain members, so what else can be done?
