Continuing the McNabb QB saga

A few weeks ago we debated McNabb's status as a NFL QB. IMO I think McNabb is a very good QB. Not a great QB.

Apparently, Terrell Owens agrees. Did anyone see the excerpt of his ESPN interview? Owens said the Eagles would be undefeated if Favre was the Eagles QB.

T.O. agreed with what Micheal Irvin said about favre. He didnt say word for word that with Farve this team would be undefeated.

"A number of commentators will say he's a warrior, he's played with injuries," Owens said of Favre. "I feel like him being knowledgeable about the quarterback position, I feel like we'd probably be in a better situation."

Fuck the media. Media always twist shit around when it comes to T.O. I love T.O. - on the field as a player, he can do things no-one on the field can do.

Owens is a friggin idiot. If the birds would run the ball more it would take a lot of pressure off of Mcnabb. remember the Eagles 3 losses were on the road to 3 very good teams.

I feel bad for TO....He's always right, but he's too stupid to know how to put it. Of course we wouldn't be undefeated with favre....but we are having issues....How many times did he touch the ball sunday? twice? and both were big plays, we need to look for him more

I wont't deny hes a great reciever, but he has caused alot of problems wherever he has been. And where he alomost had to go. ie Baltimore.

Although we will agree to disagree Frank about the Eagles winning a Super Bowl with Manning. I believe he is overrated as well.

McNabb is the Eagles, as he goes so go the Eagles. Reid refuses to run the ball. TO, although a cancer is a top 3 WR who has greatly improved McNabb's numbers.

Eagles are in trouble and MUST win Sunday.

What is all this talk about Eagles not running the ball. If I remember correctly, Eagles were never a run first team let alone a running team. They've been the top NFC team for quite some time now, w/o a running game. No-one was saying shit about their game until this year when they started losing. All the focus was on the Rams and that fucking bitch Mike Martz about how he doesnt run the ball.
