FYI, my local in Cinn, is using 21.5 and 67. He has not writen any on the total and is ONLY writing PITT. I don't get it. I am guessing many people are taking the 21.5 with Pitt and doing a teaser with Louisville somewhere else and going for the middle. I don't know -

does he take a lot of action??? the reason i ask is you said he has not wrote down a total bet (this makes no sense) also-why is he using 21.5 if he is gettin all pitt-he would lower it to 21 probably to induce action on the other side-do you know him well????-just curious
