This is just from personal experience. I had two meniscus tears repaired in my knee this summer. One was serious and required microfracture repair, but even the other one, that they just cleaned out, was going to be 4-6 weeks, at best.

I find it hard to believe that his mobility will be anything better than 50% in 2 weeks.

Homer also had a meniscus tear and I remember him saying that his recovery was about 4 weeks. I think that's the norm for the less serious tears.

Big Ben's mobility still isn't close to 100%. Recovery from cartilage repairs are different for everyone. I don't think his mobility will be close to normal for the rest of this season.
