Rough week with the Steelers unable to get any pressure on Wright. That game was tough to watch. If you can’t get to the QB, you are only making yourself more susceptible to being picked apart. The Steelers showed no ability to adjust defensively within the game. Brutal.
Well, I took a shot last week and missed so back to the grind.

The Giants can not afford to let up after trouncing WASH. The NFC East is too competitive. On top of that, Eli still has not won a true road game. The Giants will assert themselves this week as the better team and Eli will get the monkey off his back. Also, the 49ers may be starting their 4th string QB who is still playing special teams as to not lose his roster spot. TB did not stretch the field enough against the Niners last week and made that defense look better than it is. Manning, Shockey, and Burress will not make the same mistake.
Yeah, yeah, SEA is a crummy road team. I think this is a great spot for them to turn it around. They want to prove themselves as one of the elite teams in the league and shed this poor road team image. They are coming off a bye and with STL getting a surprising victory versus JAC to hang on in the division, I see little chance they come in unfocused for this game. A wild card will not be coming from the NFC West. Marion Barber the III ran up and down on ARIZ last week. I can’t see how Alexander will fare any differently. The one dimensional ARIZ offense will face off against one of the best pass rushing teams in the league. Also, ARIZ will be without Boldin or he will be limited.
I usually use Pinnacle or Sportsbook.com to place football wagers. Today, I noticed that WSEX (World Sports Exchange) has 7 pt Teasers available at –120 as opposed to –130.
