Well, turned out to be a nice day but a heartbreaker with the D Backs....but, like they say in Vegas- "the only winning side was the winning side"...and i was on the wrong side of that one...oh well

These Trailblazers keep giving us great opportunities...why they think the Mavs are so much better than them, I'll never know...BUT, Portland's party most likely ends Sunday...theyve gotten back into this series by running with the mavs!!! Yes, its worked, but thats cause Dallas isn't executing at all...it is surprising how Portland decided to run with the Mavs when Portland is most effective in "slow" ball....but, its a matter of Dallas executing better cause Portland STILL gave up 103 points..Portland still hasn't been able to play well in "their" true running offense and in a game 7 it might spell disaster...we'll see what happens and of course with the spread who knows I'll bet...but, as much as I love Portland, I can't see them having a shot in hell to win a game 7 with this style...despite the outcome it's going to be fun watching the Kings play one of these teams

Laker-Spurs series will be fun also....the East series? They'll be painful to watch...just kidding...some decent talent over there, but it's so silly to watch some of those teams versus the West coast teams....I still can't believe the Celtics believe you can "live or die with the 3's"....you can ONLY die relying on 3's long term...my frustration over the East? Cause after a great long playoffs, we all know they'll be a great let down in the finals


Well, great hockey 2morrow...I still think Ottawa wins the cup and think they have superior talent not to win it all...speed kills, so does defense...no weaknesses in my opinion with this team....time for them to expose the Flyers the way the Lakers started to expose the T Wolves...we'll see how I plan to attack this "IF" I do decide to attack it GLTA

***-I think many fans might be tempted to take Portland and the points in game 7 me included.
However, as stated I go back aways and have seen this situation before(and lost many wager) by simply backing the underdog team in game 7 after they have decimated the better team in game 6.
I of course will wait to wait and see what you, knock and others say about the game before(if) wagering on it.
Right now and strictly on my own and because of past history I would say Dallas will probably win and cover.
Sometimes this stuff is almost like the stock market-team (stock) soars like Portland did last night and everyone jumps on them.
You know the rest of the story-it is too late;smart guys sell and in this case it is too late to bet Portland and Dallas covers.
That being said, I am still curious as to how you will assess the game tomorrow using the methodology you use.

I think your forecasts could not have been more accurate about the Dallas and Ottawa spankings to come. But why do you think Ottawa is that good? I still have not changed my mind to bet the Devils and their trap defense to win the east. Are you going to bet Ottawa next round and also the Lakers to the end also? But good job!
