My local has NEB -2 so I took Okla +2
My online has Okla -2

Should I take the Neb +2 and go for the middle or maybe I should Tease NEB to +8.

Any thoughts

I think if you can get a 3 point window on the Win and a 5 point window on the push like this, it's worth a shot for a unit or two! Personally, i've never tried a middle. I like rooting for one side to win, and win BIG!
