Had another good day yesterday winning with the White Soxs and my NHL pick on Carolina. Here are my picks for today:
Virginia Tech (-13.5) - I have seem line has dropped to -13, but I bet this on Tuesday thinking line would go up. Virginia Tech is 6-1 ATS with only ATS loss coming as a 34.5 point favorite against Marshall winning by only 27. Boston College is a good team, but are having QB issues and are going with Porter who was pulled in Wake Forest after fumbling once and throwing 3 ints. He should have fun against the VT defense who is only giving up 9 points per game and I bet a few of those opponents points came in garbage time. VT needs to keep winning in impressive fashion for the BCS standings.
NHL Vancouver (-110) - Bertuzzi's return to Colorado should have the fans up for this game, but Vancouver is a much better team and should be favored not a pickem. Canucks have 6 wins in a row and Avs #1 goalie Abischer hasn't been that good this year. Should be a good game, but Vancouver is an elite team and should continue to roll.
