Tonight I really like the Falcons to win this game, but I think the Jets will make a competitive game of it, however they will lack the fire power to beat a good team on the road. This is too many points to give away for a team who’s giving up 5.0 yards per carry this season. The entire Falcons defense is a mess right now. The Jets haven't impressed me much with Vinny at the helm, but 15.5 points is an awful lot to get with a teaser on a monday night game. This Falcons team hasn't exactly been blowing people out this year. Five of Atlanta's six games this season have been decided by eight or fewer points, with their only blowout coming in a 30-10 win over a pourous and dispictable Minnesota squad in Week 4. In their narrow, 34-31 win over a mediocre Saints team last week, the Falcons allowed 456 total yards, including 211 on the ground, giving me some hope that Curtis Martin and company can keep the Jets in the game tonight. I like the Falcons to get the win because I have 14 units riding on them to get the win, but I don't like them to cover such a big number. Falcons should win this in the 3 to 10 point range.
