(27-9) Last 36 in the NFL
It is time for my NFL "GOY"! I take these plays very seriously and i've thought about this one all week. As you can tell by my number of posts compared to my "GOY" plays ...... These are rare! It scares me putting these plays out because i know some will follow and i don't want anyone to get hurt financially with any one wager. As with any play, there is a chance of losing. Play smart and play safe! I will add a few more plays in the morning.

NFL "Game of the Year" (
Units)
..................................................
NY Giants -2.5 (-110)
As always i have my reasons and i'll share a few.
The Giants are (4-1 SU & 5-0 ATS) in their last 5 home games averaging 34.2 ppg. This year alone they are (3-0 SU & ATS) at Home while averaging 37.6 ppg. Eli is feeling comfortable at home and the previous numbers prove that.
The Giants Defense has been anything but stellar but at home the numbers are interesting this year. The NYG are 31st against the pass and it has been the biggest problem on defense. On the other hand Denver is 25th in passing offense. Their strength is running the ball and that might help offset the Giants secondary. That might play into the Giants hand as well. In 3 home games the Giants have given up (31 Yards 1.5 per), (72 Yards 3.3 per), and (42 Yards 2.8 per) Rushing. No team has rushed for 100 yards, let alone a single player. That's why the Giants pass defense looks so bad. Teams can't run the ball so they start throwing it around. The Giants secondary has done well though baiting opposing QB's into turnovers at home. Opposing QB's have only 4 TD passes while throwing 8 interceptions. Denver is a mediocre (1-2 SU & ATS) in their last 3 away from the thin air.
I think the X factor here could be a big mental edge for the Giants too. Denver is in a tough spot here with a trip to the East Coast against a Non Conference opponent sandwiched between 2 BIG emotional home games with N.E. & Philly. The urgency in this spot can't be the same for Denver. They are coming off an emotional game against N.E. where they jumped out early and held on late. The Giants are coming home for 2 games before heading to S.F. and they need this win a little more than Denver.
Remember, there are no guarantees in gambling ....... BUT i like it!
All Time "Game of the Year" Plays (16-3)
GOOD LUCK!
