it was ok...you have to be a sports gambler or you would say that the movie sux...it was my every saturday/sunday football kinda thing @ here...my favorite part was the following line..."the best rush/feeling is NOT when you are on the high, but it is BEFORE you take/make that pick"....that is WHY i gamble...not for the $$$, but for the HIGH !!!

or you have to go through the experience of winning with a scamdicapper and then losing and losing and losing until you have no more and people are looking for you..... you have to know what its like to bet over your head and not with it..... now you get to look at it from the outside in and it was a good movie and a good concept.... sports betting is such a popular theme nowadays that someone had to make a movie about it..... Pacino did a good job as well as the other guy..... but everything that was arround it.... the money the cards the girl who fucked him n didnt wanna know him after.... thats what made the movie

BoDog had a prop bet on that movie. If I remember right it was -120 O/U if the movie would draw over 14 mill on it's opening weekend. As hard as they were pushing that Jody Foster movie, it didn't even come close to what they thought it would make. I went to place my bet on it and they took the line down. That would have been some easy money.

I looked at that guy in the laundromat who goes from betting a dime a game to betting $300,000 a game and wondered if there really are idiots out there like that who cannot take their winnings and run, instead they increase their bets and give it all back. I am a $200 a game bettor and it has always been $200 a game for 25 years now.......no matter how much I win or lose.

You need discipline in this business of sports gambling.
If you don't have it, get the fukk out of Dodge or you will be eaten alive..........
