Bars can open at 7 AM until 1 AM

No beer can be bought until noon on Sunday and it can only be bought between 6 AM and 1 AM the other 6 days. It used to be like NY but there were too many problems with people buying beer at 3 AM who were already drunk, than going out and killing someone on the ride home. The Bars and selling both end at 1 AM. At that point they want you home dealing with what you have there!
