Playing Pro Football 2005 Sunday 10/16/05

Here’s to us for cashing on The Big Ones Yesterday… I’ll keep it short this week …. I didn’t really mind losing the San Francisco game last week because I know this discipline earns money long term … once in a while I have to eat a game while the others win … I have won these types of games 60 – 65% of the time. I’m still alive and flourishing after 30 years … the ones who play obvious sides which make them feel good in the gut and require no courage do not stick around very long ….... moving along …... It occured to me that if Peyton and Eli Manning were to play with the same teams and the same coaches (Dungy and Coughlin) whom they play for now … Eli will get to play in the Super Bowl before his big brother does.
As we go into week 6 my sides are at 12-8 and totals are 11-7 … 23-15 overall . Last week I was 3-2 with sides and 3-2 with totals , hitting the Play of The Week with Cleveland / Chicago Under the posted total.
The Plays for Sunday 10/16/05 (Week 6)
Totals:
New York Giants / Dallas Under 48
St. Louis / Indianapolis Under 51
Sides: I Played the first 5 sides below in my pool where I’m in 1st place with an 18-7 record.
Co – Play of the Week … Tennessee +3 over Cincinnati …. Tennessee is in a 21-0 ATS System Situation for this game
Co – Play of the Week … Miami +4 over Tampa Bay … Miami is also in the same 21-0 ATS System Situation as Tennessee.
Baltimore – 6 over Cleveland … Public looking at last week’s performance from both teams … I see a flip flop here. Raven – Up !!
Houston +9 - +10 over Seattle … I have a nifty 27-3 System and a 16-1 tightener favoring The Texans in this spot.
St. Louis +14 over Indianapolis … A 15-0 System for The Rams
New Orleans +6 over Atlanta … I’m giving this one to you because in my pool 31 elected to pick Atlanta and only 4 played The Saints. I’ll ask one of my outs if Squares ( Suckers ) are teasing Atlanta at +6 if he says that they are I will play New Orleans on the Money Line as well.
Denver –3 over New England is an absolute STICK OUT … This side just jumps right out of the screen and into my face.
Ballsy courageous sides to consider if you have a strong constitution and an even stronger pair of pants:
Dallas
Detroit
Minnesota
Oakland
And to a lesser extent … Washington
