When that happens with my books, i email them and tell them to fix the fucken thing so i can bet it. Sometimes they will even freeze your account if they see you went crazy trying to screw them on it. I've seen it happen!

I've never used them so it depends on the book. I know it pisses them off when people try to hit them on an error though.
