Being relatively new to the world of sports betting....how reliable are the trends?? I see all the trends lean heavy to SD. How much do cappers put into that?

I'm here Vondy---but I don't use or play trends.........for example, any trend involving Atlanta Falcons for last 10 yrs, changes drasticly when Vick is playing.........IMO

As a Steelers fan I wouold say to take the Chargers, only because of the Home crowd on Monday Night. But I would buy a half a poit to -2.5....
But what do I know...Just take the team you olike and put a few $$ on it ahnd enjoy the game....

you can find a trend for or against every team. trends a worthless because of player turnover like Frank said.Comment
