well corrales agreed to fight.....he only missed by 2 pounds......not making excuses but castillo has to pay a fine to the sanctioning body for not making weight and a % of the purse to corrales.......but i do not think it will be called a fake....if he were 8-10 pounds they may say it but they both gained around 10 pounds and were around 145ish for the bout which is normal after a 135 weigh in

Castillo in my mind should be in the welterweight division.. Its tough for him to make the wieght requirements in the light weight division.. Well, we all know there will be a 3rd fight between them... At this point in time... I'm leaning towards Corrales if there is another fight.... I truly think boxing is making a sort of a comeback now... The Heavyweight division is just garbage, but we need to see more fights in these divisions... Winky Wright, Merryweather etc

Jim Grey was trying to bait Corrales into saying Castillo had advantage on conditioning, because Castillo could have fatigued himself or do whatever they do to cut weight but he chose to stay heavy and pay any fines necessary, probably knowing IF he won he would need to beat Corrales again before getting to defend the belts against someone else.
