  • Thursday Night CFB

Put these in this AM, lines may be slightly different now:

7:30 pm EST NC STATE ML +155 at Ga. Tech
A couple of good defenses goin' at it tonight in ACC action. While Calvin Johnson may give GT the edge offensively in this one, their QB Ball is inconsistent. NC State's defense will keep them in every game and give them more than a punchers chance tonight.

8:00pm EST FLORIDA ATLANTIC ML+190 at UL Lafayette
Both defenses stink, giving up 36 and 37 ppg respectively. FL Atl. only averages 12ppg but they have played Kansas, Oklahoma St., Minnesota and Louisville which would also help explain their poor defensive numbers. The Ragin' Cajuns QB Jerry Babb will sit this one out w/ a shoulder injury which will calm alot of their Rage and give FL Atlantic a very good shot at their first win of the season.

ML PARLAY: 6.4:1 odds on this:
NC State ML +155 and Florida Atlantic ML +190

    GL to all tonight. :uzi:

                  Week 6 CFB

Adding to Thur. nights thread for karma/luck angle.

TOP PLAYS FOR THE BIRD SAT.Please bump for tomorrow AM as I will be headin' out early for the noon ass kickin' at Lane Stadium)

Noon EST WISCONSIN -6.5 at Northwestern
Wisconsins running game will crush the Wildcats and control the clock and ain't a damn thing they'll be able to do bout' it.

1:30pm EST Air Force at Navy UNDER 56
Service academys play w/ the utmost heart and effort and this shows up the most on defense. Both teams like to run and are not proficient through the air. The number is too high and this one goes under.

5pm EST Stanford at WASHINGTON ST. -13.5(buy the hook)
                  Stanford sucks, nuff said.

7:30pm EST CALIFORNIA +1.5 at UCLA
UCLA is overrated in my opinion and will be exposed as such this weekend. Cal is the better team on both sides of the ball and this being a good rivalry game is givin' us good line value.

                  ML PLAYS:
Noon EST WVU at RUTGERS +165
I look for WVU to have an emotional letdown after layin' it on the line vs. border rival VA TECH last weekend. This is not your moms Rutgers team as they have a lot of talent and in my opinion more than WVU.

3pm EST SAN JOSE ST. +170 at Utah St.
San Jose St can pass and Utah St is brutal defending it and that's why I like it.

6:30pm EST UTAH +170 at Colorado ST.
Col. ST. is tough at home but I look for Utah to bounce back from a dreadful performance at UNC w/ a solid win on the road at Col. ST.

GL to all tomorrow! Appreciate a bump in the AM for anyone who looks at my plays to play or fade. Peace out! :uzi:

                      Bump for Sat. AM

Off to Lane Stadium. Dead animal on the grill, some ice cold Rolling Rocks and the HOKIES on a beautiful fall day..... life is good. I will learn a lot about my HOKIES focus and leadership today. This is a prime spot for a letdown. They have an off week coming up and then a stretch of games that will determine their season. Letdown? ..... loose today, of course not. They could throw their jocks on the field and whoop Marshall on sheer talent. But that is excactly what I mean by letdown. I hope they have the focus and leadership to come out and play HOKIE football, that is hit somebody in the mouth..... fast, agressive, smart, no penalties, no turnovers. If they play to their potential, this will be a beat down of epic proportions and another shutout for Bud Fosters ferocious D.
Co starter at TB Mike Imoh will rest his sore ankle today. Backing up Cedric Humes today at TB will be a pair of redshirt freshmen(George Bell and Brendan Ore). Two studs, check these boys out today. The HOKIES are simply loaded at TB and are redshirting one this year(Elan Lewis) who may be even better. They have sick talent up and down the roster. They just need to take care of their own business and they'll get their shot at slaying the dragon in the Rose Bowl.
GL to all today! Peace out. :christmas
