Well the mediation went good(they don't decide who's right or wrong, just help reach a settlement) He told his bag of lies and I told my story, we agreed not to pursue any legal action civil or criminal.

I'm just glad that annoying chapter of my life is over, although like Eljugo said if I didn't hit him, I probably could have sued him till the cows came home. but honestly, after getting humiliated and smacking my head on the ground, popping him in the nose(left cross Bry) was one of the most satisfying experiences of my life, like winning a 10 teamer and getting a BJ at the same time.
