The only thing about the White Sox over that scares me is the fact that this is a 3:00 start. This means that the sun shade line lands right between home plate and the pitcher's mound, which is a huge advantage to the pitcher. The players hate it...

What affect does the sun have on Clement when he walks 6 guys? This wasn't as much about scoring runs, it was more about control and Clement has not shown ANY since the All Star break and the Sox usually hit Contreras well! If it was all about hitting it probably wouldn't be a play but bad control just leads to problems!Originally posted by heleanth

Anybody listening to the announcers talking about Clement and his total lack of control today???
This was EZ MONEY and Clement started the game out by hitting a guy to prove my point. I don't do "Grand Slam" plays in the playoffs because the games are so intense and they can go either way. Home run plays are my biggest and we hit an EASY one today. I didn't play a side in the game because i thought Boston might just out hit Chicago but one thing is for sure .... I knew with Clement pitching today, there would be ALOT of runs!
