MNF over under thoughts?

I see a heavy dose of running from both teams. Favre just doesn't have the receivers to keep throwing the ball. Even though he's a gunslinger, I have a feeling GB will try to get Green more touches. And Carolina will use Foster and Davis to wear out GB.

I see Carolina winning with a score like 24-17.
So I'm leaning towards the under.

Thoughts gentlemen?

Green Bay really sucks, they just have way too many holes, I could see Carolina going up big and then the Packers scoring late for a backdoor OVER.

I think CAR could just as easily attack GB secondary. I don't think it is unreasonable for Steve Smith to have 3 TDs. He is on fire and who is going to cover him? GB couldn't stop Dilfer and the Browns through the air at home.

I agree on GB though. It seems like they have to run the ball. Driver and Franks may play but injured. Favre has no quality targets to hit.

Not sure about over/under. I can't see CAR not having at least 4 TDs. Figure you can give Favre two TDs as his pride will overcome the total lack of weapons with a couple perfect TD throws. That puts us right around the total. If you err to one side or other, I would think it would be over.

The more I look at this game. The best play seems to be CAR -7.

I have looked at about 10 different forecast and they range from a total of 31 to a high of 40. Just my 2 pennies worth.

i think this game looks to easy, one would think carolina would roll all over g-bay. makes me think to go the other way, leaning towards g-bay + 7

I think Big's got the right idea w/ the tease Carolina only has to win & over would be lot easier than teasing the under due to being MNF and Brett's pride

I think 36 is low enough to be a solid bet to go over. Yesterday the Ravens/Jets Over/Under was 31, take that into consideration
