2-3 on the day with a -253 total.......louis can't add he rode the short bus to school but anyway 2-3 and down $253 if your a $100 bettor........figures day one i do this and go 2-3 but the Yankees put the hurt on me up 3-1 in the bottom of the 9th with nobody on base and 2 outs and they give up a run, if they would have held the 2 run lead i would be down $18 for last night but hey that's why they call it gambling.

Had HUGE money on the Mavs (well, huge for me but pennies for the Nut)... The damn Blue Jays cost me a good night in MLB but I guess It's my fault more than anything, I got greedy and took them on the run line and lost by the hook. No more run lines for me (or totals for that matter) in baseball until I figure out a good system/way to analyze.

run line

I used to think there was good value in the -1.5 run lines until you lose a few games with fielder's indifference as a guy gets on and moves around the bases because the defense doesn't care about him. I never thought there was too much value in +1.5 runs, as figured if a team was good enough to be within 1 run late that they had just as good of a shot to win the game. I try to stay away from them now. Any thoughts to the thinking for anyone who plays a lot of these?

I like run lines alot more when playing a -200 to -300 favorite at home but you lose an at bat that way too with the bottom of the 9th at home if their only up 1 but i was watching Everett get that free pass to second base and it made me ill .
