Just never got into it. First I don't even know the rules of the game so I don't understand how it works. Although I went to a North Dakota/Univers of Minn-Mankato hockey game once and I must say It was a lot more fun being at the game than trying to watch it on TV.

Give it a chance guys! The NHL Playoffs are the most physical and intense of any sport! There should be alot more scoring this year and a shoot out to eliminate ties!

Give it one full season and i think you will enjoy it!

I agree! Hockey used to be by far my favorite spectator sport. There was nothing more electric than going to a Ranger playoff game. I've gone to WS games and NFL playoff games. Hockey is the best. Hockey is also the best sport to watch live. You're right on top of the action.

It saddens me that the NHL official has let the game go to shit. All the clutching, grabbing and interference has really slowed the sport. The goalie pads have gotten huge. The almost cover the entire net.

You won't have to worry about that stuff this year. I think NJ mastering the "Trap" slowed things to a crawl and after they were winning other teams tried to copy it and the game went south!

It should be a fun year!
