Michigan +5 1/2
I'm looking for Big Blue to bounce back this weekend and 5 1/2
points seems quite generous. U of M has dominated this series as of late, last losing in E. Lansing by two on a questionable call, 11-03-2001, I remember that game well as that was my wedding day. I think MICH will relish being an underdog to their red-headed stepchild (MSU) and look for Henne to get his head out his ass (along with Breaston) and shred MSU's defense. (granted, MICH's defense hasn't been solid this year) The media and fans here in the Ann Arbor area have really been talking down on Carr, so I expect a strong effort out of the Wolves. Hell, Texas was only a 7 pt. favorite over Michigan in this years (last season) bowl game. This write-up is coming from a huge Buckeye fan and I personally can't stand MICH however, 5 1/2 pts, I believe are just too many. Let's not forget that when the pre-season standings came out this year MICH was ranked #4 in the country.
My analysis could be totally wrong but this is what I see and I have a sneakin' suspicion (similar to Ohio St. last weekend) that MICH makes this a close game if not win outright (I'll have a wager on the ML as well).
Good Luck to those who play this game, we'll know early whether I'M going to have a good day as this game kicks off at high noon (EST).
