Does miller park have a dome? if so anybody have any input when it is closed?

Yes it does, and I believe they only close it when it's suppose to rain.

I've been to the park one time, and it seemed like the roof didn't make much of a difference, because the outfield is always exposed to the weather, it doesn't completely close, so if it's humid, the ball carries, regardless.
