ULM won 17-13 as a 12.5 pts underdog.

They return to their field today as a 7 pts. underdog.

Fla Atl. returns 3 on offense and 4 on defense.
(new starting QB)
ULM returns 9 on offense and 8 on defense
(included is the starting QB)

It seems like good value to me to take ULM.

What's going on with this game ?

Tough game. Fla Atl. has played 3 big schools and Monroe has played 2. Fla. Atl. seemed to play better than Monroe against the bigger competition.

Monroe has one win but it was a real close one against a team that was blown out in every game but the Monroe contest. Tough call as they are both awful but Fla Atl. seems to have played better and they host the game tonight. They also played recently on a ESPN Network and lost by 20 to Okie St. I believe they feel this is the one and only chance to redeem themselves on National T.V., and against a downright horrible looking team it might happen.

Monroe lost 27-23 to Northwestern St @ HOME

Northwestern St is a team that lost their other 2 games to North Dakota St @ Home 35-7 and on the road @ La Lafayette 49-28

Monroe lost their other 2 games by scores of 38-0 and 44-7 @ Wyoming and @Georgia.

Monroe just looks horrible to me and Fla Atl played Kansas tight on the road losing 30-19 and KU scored late. They also lost a 23-3 game to Oklahoma St and played a respectful defense. The other game was a 46-7 loss and Minnesota and they were just not in that one. Remember, having a bunch of guys back on offense and defense isn't always a good thing if they suck.
