The momentum from that Walk-off could knock Cleveland right out of the playoffs!

I don't know. Cleveland seems to be getting better by the day

3 1/2 Back with 11 to go won't be easy and if they lose tonight they are DONE in the division with 10 to go and 4 1/2 back. They also would be trailing in the WC if that happened and the Yanks won. Losing 2 or 3 straight can KILL a team right now!

Regardless of tonights outcome (Wednesday) the tribe has a 4 game series with KC coming up. THe Whitesox have 4 with Minn coming up.

And how could we forget the RED SOX/STANKEES final 3 games. Someone is going to lose at least 2 of those games!

I still would say, between the Red Sox, Cleveland, and Yankees, the Indians are sitting in the best seat!

Have you watched Minnesota lately? They are falling apart and the fundamentals are gone. Also, be weary of K.C. on the Road. They tend to play well against some good teams there like NY & Boston. All i can say is they better not lose tonight or it's wildcard or BUST!

Cleve. is 8-2 against KC this year but they truly need to sweep them NOW!

I would have to agree with Wayne that if the Tribe loses tonight, their chances of catching the White Sox are close to zero;they still have a decent chance for the wildcard.

Oh I agree, if they don't win tonight, the division is probably gone unless the white sox do a complete melt down.

                      However...

                      Red Sox are 88-63
                      Indians are 88-63
                      Yankees are 87 -63

I still like the Indians chances for a wild card.
If the White Sox DO clinch before next weekend, who knows who they'll show up with for the 3 games before the playoffs start.

And if the Indians play Defense the rest of the season like they did the last 2 nights, it won't matter.
