Total bettors have you ever seen how loose the clock is

in the NFL.. Im watching the Pats game, I see guys stepping out of bounds and they still run the clock?? I know when they are forced out they keep it running but when they step out wtf?? Just a thought

They changed this rule years ago. The clock keeps running. I think inside 2 minutes of each half the clocks stop.
