It just happens to be a dog. And a home dog at that. I will play favorites in football but the best play today happens to be a dog.

Last year Carolina lost some of their best players to injury. They went 1-7 the first 8 weeks, but as some of their injuried players started to come back, they finished last yeat 6-2. Everyone except DT Kris Jenkins, is healthy and back playing today. People seem to forget that Carolina was a Super Bowl team just two years ago.
I can't figure out why everyone is playing New England like they know the final score. The info from carbisports and sportsbook.com have around 80% of the plays on the Pats. New England lost some key defensive players to free agency and did not look that good beating a weak Raider team 30-20. This is the first time these two have played each other since the Super Bowl two years ago and usually the team that lost the game will payback the team that beat them. Just too many good reasons to play a live home dog at +3.
