LIONS- 3 - 7 - 1 Ats away off a S/U win.
I just find it hard to take this lion team who has lost 26 of 29 road games.
Kyle Orton is at home and his defense will carry him to victory.
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES - 13 ( 2 UNITS )
EAGLES - 12 - 4 ATS vs. op off s/u ats win / 11 - 4 ats off s/u ats loss
NINERS- 2 - 6 - 1 ATS away after S/U ATS win.
The Eagles have way too many weapons on both side of the ball and will beat the 9ers handily after mondays night loss. As the season goes on we will see the win the 9ers had last week wasn't so impressive as the Rams have gone south.
SAN FRAN/ PHILLY - UNDER 40.5 ( 2 UNITS )
Tim Rattay last week couldn't get a running game aganist the Rams and he sure won't be able to run the ball here against the eagles. Philly will be able to do both......I see the niners scoring at most 10 pts....that leaves philly to score 27 -30 and win comfortable and come in under the number here.
NEW ENGLAND/CAROLINA - OVER 43.5 ( 2 UNITS )
Rematch of Super Bowl 2003 where Carolina lost 32 - 29. New England on opening night gave up 20 to Oakland. Carolina i feel have the better QB and running backs and should expose this Patriots defense again in a game that could have the same outcome...The game should end in the high 20's.
I will be posting my 5 UNIT play later.
