1:00 TOLEDO -28 at Temple
Temple is a brutal program and this could be one of their worst teams ever. They may give up 60 points again. Toledo's QB Gradkowski will go nuts against these guys.
3:30 Ohio U. at VA TECH -33.5
This will be the home opener for the Hokies. Hokie Nation could care less that Ohio U. sucks. Lane Stadium will be sold out and jacked up as usual. When they crank up the Metallica(ie. "Enter Sandman") and the Hokie Bird struts out of the tunnel, somebodys gonna get hit in the mouth. Ohio U. has one offensive TD on the season and they won't get their second one here. In fact, they won't cross the fifty yard line unless VT turns it over and gives it to them on that side of the field. This one will get ugly in a hurry and only get worse when the backups come in. A beat down of epic proportions.
3:30 ALABAMA -1.5 at S. Carolina
S. Carolina has no running game, period. Alabama is stout against the run. This makes the Cocks one dimensional in this game and that won't get it done against the Tide.
7:00 C. Florida at S. FLORIDA -8
C. Florida is not a good team. S. Florida plays good D, their tough at home and Hall will make a lot of big plays on offense. I'll lay the 8 pts. in this one.
7:00 WISCONSIN -3 at North Carolina
The Tarholes defense stinks. Wisconsin will run over, around and thru their matador defense like swiss cheese. Three is a small number to lay here as UNC will not be able to stop them.
7:00 Tulsa at NORTH TEXAS -3.5
Tulsa is 0-2, losing to two very strong rushing teams in Minnesota and Oklahoma. Now their on the road trying to stop the best tailback combo in the country in Cobbs and Thomas. The MEAN GREEN'S dynamic duo at tailback will run wild on Tulsa and send them home 0-3... covering the spread in the process.
