I dont believe utep and Houston but up 61 points tonight.One slow quater and this one stays under the number.I believe these two teams come out firing in the first half tonight and slow down in the second half.I believe this number should be more like 50.With a 10 point difference I will take the under.Good luck to all this weekend ....Parker
