I got a local who just takes the regular juice on any given baseball game.... do not ask why or how I got him....

does anyone see any value in taking the Stros tonight with Oswalt pitching at -200 if you could get them straight up for -110????


I am just a small player now with $25 being a 1 unit play and rarely ever going much higher.... but I was thinking of making this a $100 play... any suggestions???

If this guy is offering -110 on all baseball games, he won't be around for long! You could do some nice middles, that is you could take the Brewers +185 at another place and there wouldn't be a way you could lose. I doubt this guy has been around for too long if this is true.

You're getting really good line value at -110 (but you already know that)...

Maybe try and middle the game? If you have an offshore account take Mil +1.5 -125 and then use your local at -110. This has a shot with the O/U set 7.5.

Basically, you are risking 25 to win 200 (assuming 100 plays). If Hou wins by more than 1 you lose 25. If Mil wins you lose 10. If Hou wins by 1 you win 200.

This is just an option if you feel like gambling.

As far as your original question I'd take Hou -110... Just don't bet more than you're willing to lose. Dogs win too.

I tease you not.... this is a friend of mine who has a local.... I think he is taking the action himself as he does not bet baseball and does not know too much about how it works.... therefore I can bet any fav or dog str8 up at even money... only really good on the fav play though....
