MLB .com says its in delay. BUt its in the bot of 9 and i think 2 outs. You think they would have just played through the rain. If thats what it is.

There was some major rain coming down. Eckstein slipped on a routine grounder that normally would end the game, so the ump called for the traps. The Cubs have the sacks loaded though...so I imagine that they would try to start it up for one more out.

ESPN lists the game as final. No complains from me if that is true as I had over 7 1/2, and would rather have a no action push than take my chances that someone will get a hit with two outs and bases loaded in the last of the ninth.
