I finally slept much better last night. I gained back a durable close buddy and exorcised an addiction. Thanx to all above an I am proud to have ridden with ya for a decent ride.

To see Phonepole's post- I believe there are others out there that may need help- to you I wish to offer my addy (MY PERMISSION-MONTE) or Sparks or whoever may wish to be of aid to many who are suffering from this addiction. If the roller coaster ride is creating negative scenes in your life and you continue to look for hero's elsewhere-to help you get back to square one- LOOK NO FURTHER THAN YOURSELF.

Limiting yourself - discipline- money management- If these concepts have little to do with your betting style- you have already lost. Write to Spark or myself as we both believe that support is the best way to overcome this addictive behavior.

Spark doesn't want to lose members but he also doesn't want anyone to continue with a bear on his back either. Time to make things right-if you have problems or haven''t dealt with problems from the past. When you do- you will sleep much better and the roller coaster stops - at least long enough for you to see the positive changes it will make in your life.

Look at the post from Frankb - he is a great capper and still feels the need to let it go. Rip is also a great innovator and spills out info on the services taking you down the road of gloom- just to pad their pockets- and he needed to step back. You don't lose when you step back and become objective to what has been going on.

Please remember that our perception may not be reality- and the further we go without addressing reality first- the more trouble there will be down the road. There are many on site- that have either traveled this same road - so don't feel alone.

I hope this word gets out to all of you in need. I am a Doc - somewhat retired- and also an ear- if ya need one. Take Care All.

Amen to that brother, best of luck to you.
on a personal note, I think the key to anything (drinking, gambling, organized religion) is moderation and secondly... moderation. I have learned this the very real and very hard way. I lost tons of money I could not afford (basically as a result of scamdicappers, I wrote about this a little in ripple's wonderful scamdicapper post) This site in no small way was a doorway to my salvation from what you referred in an earlier post as "chasing". Looking at posted picks/stats/opinions/gentle rubalding/hitting on ASB etc... it's been helpful, given me perspective, and given me great advice. I'll miss your o/u's spearit. Hope to see you around from time to time...
