Baltimore is a legit Super Bowl contender. They have the best defense in the conference (and maybe in the league). Boller is likely to be improved this year and should score enough (20 will be all it takes) as I expect Peyton Manning to be shut down by the Ravens.
1* Bengals -3 (-115)
Cleveland is the worst team in the NFL, Cincinnati and Palmer may have their breakout year.
1* Giants -3 (-105)
I'm willing to lay the small number with an improved team against an immobile quarterback. Giants should be at least 8-8 this year. If I'm right about that, this is thje type of game they will have to win.
