-140 is as high as I go in betting a favorite and I'm doing it because Boston's Schilling has been awful. He was lousy in the bullpen and has been lousy since returned to the rotation. Even if he delivers an overdue quality start today, the Yankees are going with Chacon who has three quality starts in his last four. Remember also: both of these teams are schizoid. Red Sox only 34-36 on the road while the Yankees are an outstanding 46-26 at home.
Opinion only: Cardinals (the number is too high for me but the Mets can't beat anybody right now)
