anyone notice a trend with this guy...When he was a coach of the Bears they had the worst offense, and so did the Dolphs..Here he is with Pitt who last yr had a good offense and he takes over and the offense looks the same as the bears, dolphs and so-on..how is he a head coach in any league is beyond me....
