New England still has the talent to dominate most teams in the NFL. This being the Opener for both teams will assure the Pats will not be passive against the Raiders. Until NE proves otherwise they are the best and the Raiders are still the Raiders.

The title of this thread is my EXACT opinion. They were not that good last year and i love NE's secondary against Moss. That leaves the other big name or "New" player Jordan. Has he proven anything yet? I agree Oakland should be 10x's better than last year but that isn't saying much and this is a REAL tough place and spot to open the season!

Looks like evryone is on the under too. I think i will play small on the over.

NE weaken defense but still have good offfense. Raiders will be able to score with weaken NE D. and Moss. the over is the play boys. Raiders D is ok

i agree ,too many people are writing off the pats thinking just because both the coordinators left suddenly the team is going to collapse. brady has the ability to destroy the raiders secondary. if you give belichick this much time to prepare he can shut down anyone. if the pats can handle peyton manning & harrison i'm sure they can contain kerry collins and moss

Well the RAIDERS drove right down the field and took it straight into the endzone for 6.. 1st team in 31 games to score on their 1st drive against the Pats.. Plenty more where that came from.. At least i hope anyway lol
