A CLASSIC EARLY COLLEGE FOOTBALL ANGLE

Here is a simple college football angle that has returned solid profits year
after year. The premise is that a veteran football team returning the majority of
its starters and a seasoned quarterback gets off to a faster start than a team
rebuilding with an untested quarterback.

In the first two weeks of the college football season bet on teams that are
returning 17 or more starters including their quarterback. These "fast start" teams
are 36 and 25 against the number over the last five years.

Bet against any team that lost their starting quarterback and are returning 10 or
fewer starters from the previous year. These "slow start" teams are 10-21-2 ATS
over the last five years.

quick glance shows cincinnati only 6 returning and a new QB, just not sure about penn state but that could be a nice pick
