A nice day on Saturday, going 2-1 in college football and 1-0 in baseball cashing in both 5 STAR plays! These are my plays for Sunday.....
NCAA Football
2 STAR: Virginia Tech (-3.5) OVER NC STATE
Too much talent on the Virginia Tech team to not be able to cover this small number. NC State had the number one defense in the NCAA last season, but they only return five starters to that unit. I expect a close game here with the Hokies pulling away late to cover this number.
2005/2006 NCAA FOOTBALL RECORD
5 STAR RECORD 1-0 (+5.00 UNITS)
3 STAR RECORD 1-1 (-0.30 UNITS)
2 STAR RECORD 1-0 (+1.00 UNITS)
1 STAR RECORD 1-0 (+1.00 UNITS)
OVERALL RECORD 4-1 (+7.70 UNITS)
A $100 player would up $770
MLB
5 STAR: St. Louis (-$118) OVER HOUSTON
(Listing Marquis and Rodriguez)($590 to win $500)
Have to go with the Cards here again. Rodriguez was hammered by the Cards earlier in the year for nine runs in only 2 2/3 innings. Marquis has not been very sharp lately, but if this game turns into a slugfest you have to favor St. Louis. This is a cheap price for the best team in the league.
Yesterday's Results: 1-0 (+5.00 units)
2005 MLB RECORD
10 STAR RECORD 1-2 (-13.13 UNITS)
5 STAR RECORD 52-43-1 (+53.77 UNITS)
3 STAR RECORD 68-74 (+18.21 UNITS)
2 STAR RECORD 82-98-3 (-15.75 UNITS)
1 STAR RECORD 46-70 (-11.29 UNITS)
OVERALL RECORD 249-287-4 (+31.81 UNITS)
A $100 player would up $3181
