Virginia Tech -3.5 (-101) @ N.C. State 2**
This should be a great game as both teams are returning a lot of talented players, especially on the defensive side of the ball. However, I think the Hokies are a steal here laying only 3.5. Make no mistake about it, Virginia Tech is the best team in the ACC and a legitimate threat to win it all. Their defense is absolutely stacked, and they return 8 starters on offense, as well as QB Marcus Vick. N.C. State has been overvalued at home in recent years, going just 1-7 ATS in ACC home games the last 2 seasons. Watch for Virginia Tech to make another big play on special teams and lay the number in this one.
