I like the QB situation at both schools...Hart for Rutgers, seasoned senior with 27 starts, plus how can a Big East school lay points on the road to a Big Ten school, even if it's Illinois? Seems the linesmakers are begging us to take Illinois.
Bowling Green's Jacobs had just an amazing season last year with 41 TD throws with only 4 Int's. Line is dropping so again it seems the linemakers are begging us to take Wisconsin.
