Spear-it Thurs-Totals
We won on a nice 400 fish last night and I am confident we win at least 2 of 3 tonight. 
300-Toronto/Balt Over 10.5
No trends or lack of hitting goes between these teams tonight- they pull out two of the worst pitchers found in any league. A couple of meatballs served up to bats that have been lacking meals lately.
Runs will come and the bullpens won't be able to help. Toronto getting shut down last night and Baltimore - now waking up. Do you hear me Palmeiro?
300-Philly/NY Mets Under 8.5
Leiber and Glavine hook up for a sweet under here tonight as the conditions (check weather) should be just right. The ump is also in favor of a low score.
300-Wash/Atlanta Under 8
Armas and Smoltzy go at it and bless me the Bullpens are actually in a strong phase. My only fear is a 4-6 run inning from the Braves.

Has anybody else noticed that well over 60 % of games have a run in the first inning. Its been happening lately for the past 5 days and being an Under Lover- it is starting to bother me.
These pitchers are not adequately warmed up and the top of the batting order pounces early. They know the pitchers now and they know what to expect. This is the reason you will see me shift toward Overs a bit more in the future.
Note: Even with a lineup shift- St. Louis pounded the ball last night. The depth on that team is amazing and I can see them advancing to the World Series and winning this year. This coming from a die hard Braves Fan.
